Reception staff are abysmal by comparison. Face of the business. First Port of call. (And yet in 12 months you still employ , despite 3 complaints from me and I can not believe I'm the only one) the least professional friendly or welcoming people. You should all be sacked.

He’s a great doctor. Friendly, professional, explains things very well, patient and above all… he cares! I can get free service from my insurance but I choose to pay and go to see him.

It's clear that the hospital's staff went above and beyond to ensure that I received exceptional care and attention during my time there. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the hospital's state-of-the-art facilities and its warm and welcoming environment. The staff would have taken the time to make me feel comfortable and at ease, answering any questions I had and ensuring that you had all the information you needed about your care. During my stay, it's clear that the hospital's staff provided me with the highest level of medical care and attention. They would have been highly skilled and experienced, and they would have worked tirelessly to ensure that I received the best possible care and treatment. It's also clear that the hospital's commitment to patient care extends beyond the walls of the facility. The staff would have ensured that I had everything I needed to make a speedy recovery and provided me with the support and guidance you needed during this difficult time. I highly recommend The London Independent Hospital to anyone in need of medical care, and I'm glad to inform others that I had such a wonderful experience there.

I used Marylebone Health Group for their physiotherapy services, as I needed rehab after ACL reconstruction and I couldn’t be happier. Carla and the reception team have been always on top of helping schedule appointments and follow-ups, even when I wasn’t on top of it. Tim and Darren, who got me through rehab, have been supportive, understanding and excellent professionals!
