Great team all round at this hospital.

It has been very good. However, I lost my watch at the hospital. I left the watch inside the bathroom and realised after I was discharged. After calling the receptionist at the ward said they had my watch and will be kept safe and someone could collect it on my behalf, but after a couple of weeks when I called to inform someone will go to collect it, they said they couldn’t locate it, and I waited for someone to get back to me about it but no one called back.

Good staff and friendly atmosphere.

Was fine. Had my records mixed up, but receptionist helpful and friendly.

Easy to make an appointment.

When I arrived I was in lot of pain but I felt very comfortable during the treatment. My general condition improved and I am very satisfied with the whole experience and the advice I got.

Mary is an excellent and empathetic osteopath who really helped with my neck pain. She also gave me some excellent dietary advice and did visceral work on my abdomen which was hugely helpful.

Highly recommend The London Clinic, and in particular Dr Saoirse Dolly, who I saw regarding my vague/ non-specific symptoms. All clinical and administrative staff at The London Clinic are highly skilled and compassionate, which is of great reassurance not only as a patient undergoing such investigations but also for one’s family.

Parking was really bad, I had to double park and was worried I would get a ticket.
