What to expect at your first appointment.

We take a full medical history to make sure it is safe and appropriate for you to receive osteopathic treatment. Your osteopath will then do a full postural assessment and take you through a series of movements and tests working towards a diagnosis and treatment plan.

We discuss all the relevant findings, diagnosis and treatment plan before proceeding with any treatment, this allows you time to ask questions before agreeing to the suggested treatment.
