I have been very fortunate to be part of the most wonderful, interesting and diverse group with excellent therapists. I have learnt so much and have noticed that using these skills this has improved my day to day life. My 1-1’s have been structured and very beneficial to reinforce my use of skills but to also to know I have such consistent support. The therapists are so committed and genuinely care, the passion in what they do shines through and therefore the quality of care is amazing. Thank you.

It was a good appointment.I felt supported,the practitioner was very encouraging about my recovery rate/how I’m managing.I would recommend this clinic as they are nice and responsive.

Very unprofessional dealing with vulnerable patients, I have had a very bad experience with alternaleaf over the course of 1 year to then be told my medical records are no good and get discharged. FYI I'm a registered cannabis patient in the UK but they are still giving me a hard time and not accepting to coorect the errors in my case! Do jog use these people unless there is no other option

It was a bit hard to find the exact location as it's a big hospital. The waiting room could have had some magazines or reading materials as I was waiting. Enjoyed the coffee though!

Amazing experience , very efficient friendly and informative

My experience with Orri has been fantastic. From the moment I walked through the door, I was made to feel welcome. The entire team have been professional, accommodating and genuinely exceptional in the quality of care provided. The environment feels safe and very pro-recovery; I feel Orri have definitely been instrumental in enabling my recovery and allowing me to feel heard at every stage of my treatment. I’ve been especially impressed with how the staff have facilitated open dialogue and owned mistakes when they’ve been made. Without doubt, Orri has saved my life.
