Friendly, reassuring and informative staff throughout all tests.

Good overall experience except for when filling out and signing the required documents at the reception desk. There was hardly any room to do this on the counter and no place to sit down and study the documents properly.

This was my first time in hospital at age 68. I was worried about things. The staff at the King Edward VII were wonderful at making me at ease and addressing my concerns.

No problems with the facilities

I am very happy with all the attention and care that I have received.

It was a bit hard to find the exact location as it's a big hospital. The waiting room could have had some magazines or reading materials as I was waiting. Enjoyed the coffee though!

An excellent experience from start to finish. I was able to get an appointment very quickly which was such a relief. Friendly staff who had time to treat me as an individual. Excellent care all round.
