We consulted Dr.Bhakshi to assist our son with his allergies and see if treatments outside what is offered via NHS was available. Dr.Bhakshi went through the history of our son's allergies without rushing anything, performed all the tests required and after carefully reviewing all the details and explaining everything to us, suggested the specialist therapies that are most suitable for our son's conditions. Our son was very well looked after under Dr.Bhakshi's care.

Outstanding Paediatrician- Friendly, calm and highly knowledgeable. She listened to my concerns about my daughter’s health and has put an action plan in place to try and get an explanation for her symptoms. I felt she listened well and did not rush the consult. She treated my child with care and respect and made her feel at ease. She explained procedure she was going to have in child friendly terms.

Dr Jacobs is very welcoming and reassuring. He spoke to my daughter to understand things from her perspective and made her feel very involved in her consultation. He is amazing with children and was very thorough. He was keen to find out how my daughter was doing the next day and called to see how she got on at school. Dr Benjamin was also the same with my son in previous appointments and his care and concern for his patients really does comes across.

He made us feel at ease since the first moment and answered all my questions in a very calm manner - that was very much appreciated as I was feeling quite anxious. A fantastic doctor. His friendly and welcoming attitude put me at ease from the first moments of my visit. Prof Andi had everything arranged so that we could review my X-rays together. After 15 minutes I had a clear understanding of the story told by my X-ray, even though I know nothing about medicine. The magic was that he almost made me feel as if I was another doctor, rather than a patient. Overall, I left in a fantastic mood, confident and happy that I was in good hands.
