I have had private medical care all my life and this is probably the worst experience I have ever had. He runs late, he goes off on tangents, doesn’t concentrate on what he is being asked by the referring doctor but worst of all you are conned into a second appointment to supposedly get the results that he was going to look into and unsurprisingly he has forgotten to do so! He is the most expensive consultant I have ever come across by a long way.

From my first consultation, right through to my review after the operation Mr Shah was brilliant. He was a professional, knowledgeable and put me at ease right away. My hip operation was very successful, Mr Shah did a very good job on me and after committing myself to my physio, I was very quickly mobile and pain free. All staff at Spire were amazing. I am very grateful for the care I received.

My experience with Dr Hamdulay has been excellent. He took his time to understand my situation and didn’t make me feel like I was asking stupid questions like I had with another specialist. He took the right steps to assess my problem and explained the process in a clear and understandable way. Once the test results were in he discussed them with me and made me feel at ease. Good experience!

Mr Halliwell was knowledgeable and diligent in his diagnosis and I have made a full recovery. His bedside manner was very reassuring.

The Doc knows his stuff. Explained everything to me before the op, on the morning of the of and today's follow up. He wanted to show me photos of the shoulder but images haven't been put on yet, shame. Very impressed and pleased overall.
