Mr Atkinson communicates thoroughly everything I needed to know about my surgery and condition, pre admission and post surgery. He is straightforward and to the point when communicating important elements, a trait I like and respect. He is also respectful, charming, humorous and wonderful human being on top of being a cracking surgeon.

Mr Davidson performed my left hip revision at Guys in Nov 2023. I had had the first op at Spires by Mr Lambu in June 2022. The hip had moved and I was left in pain. I felt my complaints were never addressed. Eventually I managed to get a referral through my GP to Mr Davidson who said I needed a Revision. He explained that the hip joint had moved. After some time (!), I was booked into Guys. The 2nd op felt totally different from the first time I stood up. I was visited by Mr Davidson and his team straight after my op and again before I was discharged. I met one of Mr Davidsons team on my 3 month checkup and then after 6 months I met Mr Davidson. Everything is so much better and this new hip is a success. Thank you, Mr Davison and your team.

I cannot speak highly enough about the experience I've had under Sentil Velayudham. From the very first moment I met Sentil, he put me at ease and made the entire experience first class. He shows such compassion and empathy with his patients, giving up so much of his valuable time to make you feel comfortable. A truly world class surgeon and just as important to me, a truly wonderful man. Two hip replacements done, walking within hours, back at work within a few weeks, I'm a new man thanks to Sentil.
