Mr. James is a highly skilled surgeon; professional and honest with a likeable and easy manner. I went to see Matt to discuss a facelift. He explained fully what the surgery would involve and made me feel relaxed and confident about the whole process. I thought "this is the person for me, I can trust this guy". My surgery went very well. I was astonished how quickly I recovered. Swelling and bruising where minimal with hardly any pain, just mild discomfort. I also had fat transfer to marionette lines, and nasolabial folds. Jowls gone, and neck looked tighter. No more "square" face, or saggy cheeks, I felt and looked so much younger, fresher and happier. It's knocked years off my face. Not bad when you're 71. If, like me, you've been dithering about surgery for years, rest assured Matt has the expertise to attain your goal. I had two lots of treatment of PRP injections into each shoulder on two separate occasions. I have always found Mr Gulihar to be exceptionally professional and empathic. He explained the treatment and any side effects and was very supportive of my accessing the treatment via the NHS. My overall experience in Mr Gulihar's NHS clinic and the staff working with him was very good. The outcome of treatment in both shoulders has really worked. I have had an excellent outcome and I am very pleased.

Excellent care throughout takes time to explain what he can do and the expected outcome of the surgery.It has been a marvellous success giving me back movement I hadn’t had for years .I will be back for surgery on the other shoulder .
