The Sainsbury Wing is a calm and peaceful place with pleasing, though non-luxurious decor. The staff on reception are not knowledgeable enough,and could be more gracious and reassuring towards patients. They should be reminded that people are there because they are worried and unwell,and paying a lot of money through desperation and failing NHS.

All the staff at West Valley Hospital were very friendly, efficient and helpful.

Dr Perna was just great, she very thorough and took all the time needed to answer all of our questions. She instills a good sense of confidence
