The appointment went ahead as scheduled. The various test results were explained to me. I was impressed by the thorough nature of the tests undertaken and the next steps were clear.

Didn’t feel like I had private care, nothing special.

The Portland Hospital was outstanding and how my son was taken care of left me at ease that he was in safe hands. All members of staff were kind and approachable and above all very professional.

The Cromwell was fantastic when our daughter was unwell and saw her in isolation when there was no provision to do so elsewhere, grateful that this hospital had the facilities and provision to do so.

I have been impressed with the staff and the efficiency of the hospital
