From the very first meeting with Mr Bhagawati I was put completely at ease and felt totally reassured in his ability to help me with my severe disc bulges. With Mr Bhagawati's guidance surgery was decided as the best option for me. On Surgery day I was extremely nervous but Mr Bhagawati and his team helped me through and the day after surgery I was up and about and home. I have fully recovered and now have my life back. The aftercare has been great and have the reassurance of follow up appointments for one year should I need them. I cannot fault any of the process it has been amazing and I am so thankful to Mr Bhagawati for all he has done.

I have seen Mr Sedra on a number of occasions and find him easy to talk to, sympathetic and caring.

Superb, I'm really pleased with my treatment. I had a pinched nerve which radiated pain down my right arm to my fingertips all day, every day. Dr Reynolds saw me & I was sent to have scans & tests. When the results came back, they confirmed a pinched nerve, along with significant degenerative changes occurring in one particular area of my neck. Dr Reynolds then requested a nerve block to see if that could alleviate the pain, which it did, but ultimately, I needed surgery. I had a complete understanding of why I was having surgery, what was the preferred approach was the (also, what plan b might be) and what the chances of success were. I find Dr Reynolds very professional but personable as well to make sure I understood some of the jargon. The operation was a success, in my opinion, & I am incredibly thankful to Dr Reynolds for the fantastic experience so far.

Overall I had a very positive experience with Dr Lui. He was clear, explained the science behind what was causing me issues and very rational with respect to his recommendations. He made me feel very comfortable in understanding where the problem originated from and recommendations of treatment.

Mr Sayal is an excellent communicator and takes the time and trouble not only to explain the medical condition clearly but to set out options and likely outcomes to enable the patient to make an informed decision. He is both professional and caring.

Please kindly convey my gratitude to Mr. Barazi for dedicating significantly more time than any doctor- I ever visited in the U.K. -to discuss my symptoms. He listened with empathy and even engaged me in the review of the MRI images. He truly understands the pain and fears of his patients. World-class doctor.

Rohit Shetty was extremely knowledgeable and understood instantly the problem with my back. The procedure was seamless and and the recovery too and I now have my life back as he resolved my pain

After a warning from the neurosurgeon & oncologist who had been monitoring the regrowth of my meningioma in September 2023 that it required surgery & as it was a second operation it was at high risk of stroke, bleeding, bone infection, going through old scar tissue, the tumour was pressing against a large vein. My daughter suggested I sought a second opinion, we chose Mr Shoakazemi who also specialises in my type of brain tumour.  He confirmed…the risks were very high indeed, the brain tumour had grown too big for fractionated radiotherapy and surgery through the old wound of some 20 + years ago was the only option. We found Mr Shoakazemi to be extremely approachable, professional, calm, warm & informative.  I feel incredibly lucky to have had the faith on a date said to be the unluckiest day in the yearly calendar …Friday 13th October to undergo surgery with such a gifted neurosurgeon. I am (thankfully to Mr Shoakazemi) walking straight, talking straight & feeling fully blessed.
