I was looked after at the RNOH when I was undergoing major spinal surgery, March 2024. The staff there were amazing, from when we arrived a day early, they still accommodated for us, to just coming in and checking up on me regularly. They are all really friendly and will come and help you quickly if you need something. The hospital itself is in a really nice area, surrounded by lots of trees and the countryside, so a very nice place to look out of from your window in your room, or when you are having a walk around. The garden was lovely too, it allowed a chance to be able just to have a short walk outside without having to go too far away from your room. The food was good, compared to lots of other hospital catering, and there were always snacks and drinks by your bed if you every get hungry. Overall, it is a really good hospital!

Slick venue and helpful friendly staff.

Care on the weekends was lacking as nursing staff were less engaged with patients unfortunately. Overnight care and day care during weekdays was very good.

Mr Berber is a very approachable surgeon, and he explained the details of a carpal tunnel release surgery very clearly. The members of his surgical team were equally friendly and I felt at ease and confident in their hands. The preparation and surgery were carried out with a similar sense of unhurried precision. Excellent staff and very prompt.

Anika was extremely helpful and went over every thing thoroughly. I had steroid injections done and feel much better as a result. I would 100% recommend them
