Had a great experience at St John & St Elizabeth when I had a hip replacement recently. They cared for me very well and everything felt efficient t and professional.

The experience was excellent

But for the fact that I was 'in' for a hip replacement operation and was therefore understandable apprehensive, I'm tempted to say the two night stay at this hospital was enjoyable, such was the excellent and professional treatment that I received. All the nurses and support staff were friendly and attentive at all times. And the food was good too.

I'm at the beginning of my treatment and I couldn't be happier with my choice. Mary is wonderfully welcoming and made me feel immediately at ease. After one session I already feel better! Couldn't recommend more.

Clean, fast and lovely staff

Visiting the Cromwell is always straight forward. The front desk is always helpful and can direct you to the correct department. For day cases, the rooms are comfortable and the nurse looking after you is friendly and helpful. It does get quieter at the end of shift in the evening.
