I was referred to Dr Vroon’s clinic via A&E and was feeling very low and vulnerable but by the time the consultation was finished I was more relaxed and hopeful and feeling that the NHS would do everything it could for me. His approach was gentle, friendly, relaxed and reassuring. I felt he was very respectful of me and my situation. He was very thorough and outlined tests he felt appropriate, what they were for and possible solutions. I felt he was looking at all of the solutions and he explained my journey over the next few months. He spent time ensuring I understood everything and gave me loads of space to ask questions. My mood lifted as he spoke and began to realise that there were tests, results and then future plans. I left the clinic feeling very hopeful and very cared for. I had the best sleep for months after speaking to him. The follow-up consultation was just as helpful and supportive. My health had begun to improve from one of his recommendations and he outlined plans for the following months. I have been through many appointments over the last five years and I can easily say that Dr Vroon’s was the most memorable. He is a special human being with a fantastic bedside manner and meeting him is therapeutic in itself. I am a retired NHS director and have worked with hundred of Doctors, nurses and Consultants over the years and would have felt privileged and blessed to work alongside him. I cant recommend him highly enough.

Dr Stephens answered all my questions comprehensively and in a manner that could be understood by a non medical specialist. He demonstrated empathy to me and was very happy to discuss my questions.

I booked an appointment with Dr Harrison after experiencing heart palpitations and high BP for a while. Dr Harrison listened carefully and decided on a very comprehensive set of tests for the BP and heart palpitations including blood tests, 24 hour BP, 7 day ECG and some more extensive tests for which Dr Harrison made sure he was present. I found Dr Harrison to be a good listener, kind and amenable and he answered all my queries honestly and with great transparency. All the tests came back clear so that was a relief. Dr Harrison also looked at my risk factors and gave me good advice on keeping tabs on the situation over the next few years. Greatly appreciate the help and giving me peace of mind. My focus is now on how I can look at balancing my hormones (I am perimenopausal).

Dr Brull was good at putting me at ease and took the time to explore my medical history and the issue for which I had been referred. He then gave a very clear and thorough diagnosis. This was followed up very quickly by his written report which was also clear and thorough.

Dr Spratt oozed knowledge and understanding leaving myself with no doubt that my issue would be corrected. He picked up fairly quickly how nervous I was and put me at ease.

Dr Amaral was excellent, he made us at ease, asked if I knew why I was there, fully explained everthing, and gave full details of future tests and possible treatment. he answered all our questions fully and in language we understood.. a very positive experience, a very nice and friendly doctor.
