Very professional and reassuring. Very quick at responding

From our first consultation with Professor Kotecha we instantly felt a sigh of relief. That we was finally being listened to on our daughters ongoing problems. From that first consultation we knew our daughter was in safe hands. He was absolutely great with her and she especially enjoyed his magic tricks! The operation went very well and she’s had a very smooth recovery. It’s been 2 weeks since my daughter’s surgery, we have noticed a significant improvement that we will be forever grateful for. This was the second time being treated for Mr Thomas - each time for completely separate complaints. Exactly like the first time, the care provided was excellent. Each appointment and on the day of surgery, time was taken to explain everything and answer questions that I had. Options were always given to me when possible, and fully explained, and I really felt I was involved in my care throughout. I couldn’t recommend Mr Thomas highly enough.

Mr Joshi performed upper eyelid surgery for me yesterday, what an amazing gentleman he is! I am so thankful I had my surgery done with him. He made me feel at complete ease from start to finish and I am so happy I had it done at the Harley street hospital with him . Following research into the top surgeons for Gallbladder removal, I found Mr Kerwat. He should be rated 100 stars as he was superb. He explained the procedure very clearly, and on the day he removed my gallbladder via keyhole surgery, leaving me with almost no scarring AND I have had zero issues post surgery. I cannot recommend Mr Kerwat highly enough.

Dr El Rifai was extremely patient with my son during the consultation and took the time to ensure he understood what was happening in an age appropriate way, putting him at ease. She was very detailed and efficient in dealing with his medical problem. Her knowledge and bed side manner is excellent.
