As always, I found all staff, doctors and assistants to be in the most relaxed and cheerful mode. The atmosphere at the Rmh is always, my opinion, wonderful.

All the team members I spoke to, from nurses to reception to physios and theatre staff were kind, knowledgeable and seemed to really care about my wellbeing. The team on my case on the day of my surgery were amazing too in every way and I'm incredibly grateful I had such a positive experience.

Excellent speed of appointment and expert advice.

Visiting the Cromwell is always straight forward. The front desk is always helpful and can direct you to the correct department. For day cases, the rooms are comfortable and the nurse looking after you is friendly and helpful. It does get quieter at the end of shift in the evening.

Outstanding treatment from the very first out patient appointment. All the staff are so friendly & welcoming - they make you feel relaxed & very comfortable. Food was very good & there was an impressive selection. The room was very spacious, well appointed & the whole place was spotlessly clean.
