Very good experience for day care surgery

Ashstead hospital is always extremely helpful and efficient.

We live near the Lister and chose our health insurance because of its association with the hospital. It is convenient and the staff and doctors are, on the whole, excellent. We have had brilliant care there from them from an emergency appendectomy to shoulder treatment, however the urgent care centre can, on occasion, be a bit less than caring.

The Cromwell was fantastic when our daughter was unwell and saw her in isolation when there was no provision to do so elsewhere, grateful that this hospital had the facilities and provision to do so.

it was a very pleasant experience from start to finish ,no problems at all.

The nurses were really kind and the environment was calm, professional and clean.

Very friendly staff. Didn’t have to wait longer than 5mins.

Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The free parking and coffee was a bonus. The doctor was excellent and followed up the consultation with a written report to myself the same day, with an appointment in the near future for the next procedure needed.
