Fiona's therapeutic approach helps her clients to understand how early life experiences influence current behaviours and relationships, supporting them to develop healthier patterns and establish safe, meaningful boundaries for improved emotional resilience.
Whether working with neurodivergent clients, parents navigating a new diagnosis, or individuals seeking greater self-awareness, Fiona brings empathy, insight, and a deep respect for each person’s journey — helping them to live more authentically and with a greater sense of wellbeing.

I do not wish to share the personal details of my issues, but once I met Ms. Tierney I was totally at ease. On the first visit she allowed me the space to explain my concerns and how I felt. That first visit was the first chink of light that I had experienced in some time. Over the subsequent visits she guided me, so that between the visits I looked at myself differently - in a better light. A lot became clearer to me and I am functioning so much better. I know I still have a lot of work to do but Fiona has been amazing and I hope she will continue to give me the time.

Thank you for your kind words. It's great to hear you have progressed so much in therapy and I hope you continue to feel supported. Best wishes
