About Bespoke Counselling Centre

Bespoke Counselling Centre is a mental health and wellbeing practice based in Phibsborough, Dublin, providing counselling and psychotherapy for adolescents, adults, and couples.
The centre offers a confidential and supportive environment where clients can explore emotional, psychological and relationship difficulties with experienced therapists.
The practice works with a wide range of concerns, such as anxiety, depression, bereavement, trauma, addiction and substance misuse, emotional and behavioural difficulties and relationship struggles.
Therapy is tailored to the individual, with the team drawing on approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), integrative psychotherapy, addiction counselling.
The centre is led by experienced therapist Mark Costello, a registered/fully Insured and accrediated counsellor and psychotherapist specialising in mental health, addiction and grief.
The team brings experience across anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, bereavement, relationships and personal development
Bespoke Counselling Centre places strong emphasis on creating a safe, confidential and non-judgmental therapeutic space. An initial assessment helps identify the therapist and therapeutic approach most suited to each client’s needs, with treatment structured around the individuals attending our practice.

Cant recommend Mark highly enough. Super service and always incredibly easy to deal with.
I attended counseling sessions with Mark to overcome substance addiction. Having spent many years in the cycle of dysfunctional behaviour and addiction, he helped me negotiate many emotional issues with empathy and understanding that put me at ease from the start. Through my time with Mark, he led me to build my self esteem and resilience while assisting me to use my own emotional resources to fall upon when needed. Mark always made himself available for sessions and treated me with dignity and respect regardless. Thankfully I'am now living a fulfilling life, beyond what I previouslythought possible. I will be forever grateful for his help, thanks again Mark.

Came here for counselling and psychotherapy for two years. Had an amazing experience with Mark as my therapist. He prioritises building impactful relationships with his clients and his empathetic yet appropriately challenging approach helped me enormously with my presenting issues. Mark was incredibly kind and patient with me. He really helped me get to the bottom of how I was feeling and why I was feeling this way and helped find ways to deal with those feelings and make them more manageable.
my last visit to mark was last tuesday o came out there feeling a lot better and understanding of how i’m feeling im with a year now. As a 46 year old man i only starting to live and im starting to be one the person i really am. i cant give this man enough credit for his patience his non judgmenant hes totally transformed my life cheers mark
