Dr. Sukrith Shetty

Dr. Sukrith Shetty is a Specialist General Surgeon with a focus on Surgical Oncology. He earned his M.S. in General Surgery from Mangalore University in 1996 and his M.Ch. in Surgical Oncology from Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, Bangalore, India, in 2000. Dr. Shetty is an esteemed member of various professional organisations including the Bangalore Oncology Group, the Surgical Society of Bangalore, the Indian Society of Gastroenterology's Middle East Chapter, and the Emirates Medical Association.

With over two decades of experience, Dr. Shetty has performed a wide range of surgical oncology procedures specialising in the treatment of breast, colorectal, and skin cancers. His expertise extends to advanced laparoscopic surgeries for colonic, stomach, gynaecological, and adrenal conditions, as well as oncoplastic surgeries and reconstructions using flaps and implants for breast cancer.

In addition to his specialisation in oncology, Dr. Shetty is adept at various advanced laparoscopic procedures including appendectomies, cholecystectomies, adhesiolysis, and hernia repairs. He also handles benign conditions such as breast lumps, thyroidectomies, branchial cysts, pilonidal sinus, and minor procedures like cyst excisions, lymph node biopsies, tube thoracostomies, and pleural and peritoneal paracentesis.
