Dr Chris Reuter is a distinguished double board-certified Plastic Surgeon specialising in cosmetic and plastic surgery. His extensive expertise and dedication to the field have earned him a prominent place in the international medical community.

As an active member of the International Society of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgeons (IPRAS) and the esteemed German Surgical Society, Dr Reuter frequently shares his innovative insights at international conferences across the United States, Europe, and the Gulf states. He also takes on the role of a mentor, organising training courses for surgeons worldwide and serving as an Adjunct Assistant Professor of Surgery at UAE University in Al Ain (UAEU).

With over two decades of surgical experience, Dr Reuter has held key leadership positions in the field. Notably, he served as the head of the largest Plastic Surgery Department in the UAE and as the chief of Plastic Surgery at Zayed Military Hospital (ZMH) in Abu Dhabi. During his tenure, he introduced ground-breaking procedures such as Waterjet liposuction, liposculpture, complex microsurgical free flaps, short scar breast lift, and triple acne scar therapy.

Dr Reuter is widely recognised for his specialisation in breast augmentation, facial enhancements, and body contouring surgeries in Abu Dhabi. His educational journey began at the University of Pavia, Italy, where he earned his college and medical degrees with the highest distinction. He later obtained his PhD for pioneering research on a new genetic test for mitochondrial RNA of Entameba, followed by his surgical residency program in Bavaria, Germany and comprehensive training in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at the University of Salzburg, Austria. He holds dual board certifications from the German Board of Plastic, Reconstructive, and Aesthetic Surgery and the German Board of Surgery.
