Dr. Simon Rubidge

Dr. Simon Rubidge is a Consultant Psychiatrist currently practicing at the Saudi German Hospital in Dubai. He is proficient in English and Afrikaans, bringing over 13 years of dedicated experience in psychiatry. Dr. Rubidge initially completed his medical education at the University of Cape Town, South Africa, in 1992 and further enhanced his expertise with postgraduate training at the University of the Witwatersrand, South Africa, in 2003. Licensed by the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA) and a member of the College of Psychiatrists of South Africa, Dr. Rubidge also holds full registration with the General Medical Council (GMC) in the United Kingdom. Prior to his move to Dubai in 2023, he practiced extensively in both the National Health Service (NHS) in Scotland and private settings in Somerset West, South Africa, specializing in a wide spectrum of mental health disorders.
