Sara Elsaid

Sara Elsaid is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist with a strong background in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). She obtained her Bachelor of Science degree in psychology as well as her Master's degree in Clinical Psychology from Mid Sweden University. Additionally, she has received supervision in Clinical Psychology from Karolinska Institutet.

Sara has extensive experience working with individuals suffering from various mental health conditions, including depression, anxiety, OCD, and post-traumatic stress disorder. She has worked with both adults and children in clinical and digital settings, providing therapy to individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds.

Prior to her current role, Sara ran her own psychotherapy clinic in Sweden, where she focused on helping her clients lead happier and more fulfilling lives. She takes a collaborative approach in her practice, working closely with her clients to establish treatment goals and develop personalised treatment plans.

In addition to therapy, Sara is skilled in conducting neuropsychological assessments. These assessments allow her to evaluate cognitive and behavioural functioning and identify any underlying neurological conditions such as ADHD or Autism that may be affecting an individual's daily functioning.
