Dr Samer Chaaban

Dr. Samer is a highly skilled and experienced Specialist in Internal Medicine with over three decades of expertise in the healthcare industry. He graduated with an MBChB degree from Al Arab Medical University in Benghazi, Libya, and pursued an MD in Internal Medicine from Ukrainian Medical Academy in Poltava, Ukraine. In 2001, Dr. Samer earned a Ph.D. in cardiology from Kharkov State Medical University. Prior to joining Life Medical Center, he gained extensive experience working with leading healthcare facilities in the UAE, as well as in various hospitals and clinics in Libya and Ukraine.

Dr. Samer has a special interest in treating patients with hypertension, ischemic heart disease, diabetes, hyperlipidemia, gastrointestinal and liver disease, thyroid disorders, rheumatological disorders, asthma, anemia, vitamin deficiencies, and infectious diseases. He has also contributed to the medical field through publications on the role of antioxidants in managing and rehabilitating patients with ischemic heart diseases.
