I went to visit UK Veincenter for a consultation with Dr Diaa for some advice regarding my face for a fresher look and more youthful appearance.
The experience in the clinic was great with Amina the clinic manager and Larnie the specialist nurs.e.
Dr Diaa advices collagen injections and a touch of botox.
He explained the procedure very well and some of the expected side effects.
The procedure was carried out and a few days later once the swelling and minimal bruising subsided, I have noticed an improvement already,.

A special mention to Dr. Danny, who is very friendly and genuinely goes out of his way to understand what the patient is going through. He takes the time to listen and make sure you feel heard and understood. I truly appreciate his patience and the way he makes patients feel comfortable.

I would also like to thank Dr. Shawkat and Dr. Mahmoud, along with their wonderful nurses. The nurses are very accommodating and friendly, and the staff are welcoming and helpful.

What impressed me most is how they make an effort to understand their patients, even going as far as learning some of the patient’s language to better communicate and understand their feelings. That effort really makes a difference.
