Dr. Nuno holds a Bachelors in Osteopathy from Instituto de Medicina Tradicional, Portugal and worked with Soccer School A. C. Milan, located in Porto, where he paid special attention to the prevention and treatment of sports injuries.

He also studied an Advanced Course in Osteopathy from Lusofona University, Portugal. He has also completed his curriculum in Neonatology and Paediatric Osteopathy from Spain and Italy.

He also specialized in pediatric clinics treating newborns and children in the treatment of pathologies associated with pregnancy, childbirth, and child development with excellent results in musculoskeletal disorders, craniofacial asymmetries, neuromuscular disorders, autonomic nervous system disorders, visceral and somatic-emotional disorders.

Dr Nuno is experienced in structural osteopathy (Manipulative and/or soft tissue techniques), visceral osteopathy (improve the functioning of your organs), and Cranio-sacral osteopathy (Light touch to release membranes and improve fluids). He has a keen interest in sports injuries and injury management and is highly skilled at providing thorough rehabilitation programs to athletes and gym-goers to aid in a quick recovery.

On a personal note has more than 30 years of professional surfing experience and is a blue belt in Brazilian jiujitsu.
