In Dubai, Dr Maidaa worked at Medcare Women and Children Hospital, Al Das Clinic, Sama Medical Centre, and Expert Medical Centre.

Between 2008 and 2013, she worked both within the government and private sector in Syria, including prestigious hospitals such as M.SH. AlKhalil Polyclinic, New Arabi Private Hospital, and Al Sham Hospital.
