Asteera Singh is a physiotherapist from South Africa, currently practising at the Diversified Integrated Sports Clinic in Swiss Tower, Dubai. Asteera is also a Comprehensive Pilates instructor, certified through BASI Pilates.

Asteera specialises in sports and orthopaedic care, having worked closely with neuro and orthopaedic surgeons. She has treated a wide range of pre- and post-operative clients and has run her own sports and orthopaedic practice. Asteera is passionate about helping both leisure and professional-level athletes return to a functional lifestyle as quickly as possible.
