Ms Andrea Da Ros

Andrea Da Ros is a skilled Senior Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist with a BSc in Sports and Exercise Science and an MSc in Physiotherapy from Northumbria University. His diverse experience across both public and private sectors has shaped his approach to treating a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions. He has a focus on optimising recovery and improving patient outcomes. Having worked in the NHS, Andrea has gained expertise in musculoskeletal assessments, rehabilitation, and post-operative orthopedic referrals, always underpinned by evidence-based practices and the latest clinical research.

Andrea specialises in treating shoulder, hip, and knee injuries, as well as postural issues and lower back pain. He has a particular interest in managing hand injuries, including fractures, tendon and ligament damage, repetitive strain injuries, arthritis, and post-surgical recovery. Passionate about movement, Andrea combines his background in Sports and Exercise Science with hands-on therapy, education, and exercise prescription to support athletes, including strongman competitors, endurance athletes, and football and rugby players, in achieving their recovery goals. Fully HCPC and DHA registered, Andrea is dedicated to enhancing his patients' quality of life and restoring their functional abilities.
