I had a sprained ankle, and after 4 sessions with Conall Hoey, I became fully recovered. The sessions were fun with easy and very well explained effective exercises which were doable at home and at the gym.

When you think of going to a physio it always seems like a chore. However the whole rehab process with Nicolaas after my Acl repair surgery was fairly enjoyable to say the least at he kept the sessions challenging and interesting.
