Let me please also mention that despite the weather circumstances in dubai that time, he managed to do the surgery on time knowing that he struggled going to the hospital as his house was affected by the flood. I was so moved when he showed up to the operating room full of concern regarding my condition. Doctor Prunel was very professional and patient with me! He took the time to explain why i was referred to do this surgery and why it would be important for me. He also explained every part of the surgery process. Even on the day of surgery he was asking about how I was feeling and reassured me all the way. The doctor was asking about my recovery all the time until I was better. So for me I was really exceptional to have that trust and care from a doctor.
