Dr Zaina Cheema

Dr Zaina Cheema is a highly dedicated and compassionate General Practitioner who is deeply committed to providing holistic, patient-centred care. As a versatile General Practitioner, Dr Cheema has developed diverse clinical interests. She is highly regarded for her expertise in mental health, children's health, and women's health. Her practice also encompasses nutritional and environmental medicine, functional medicine, and preventative health. Additionally, she has extensive experience in emergency medicine and is a qualified prescriber of medicinal cannabis, utilising alternative therapies to support patients with complex or chronic conditions.

Dr Cheema completed her medical education at the University of Western Sydney, graduating with a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery in 2012. To further her expertise in paediatric care, she completed a Diploma in Child Health in 2017. She has also undertaken advanced training in paediatric life support, emergency ultrasound, and rural trauma care. Dr Cheema is a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners, reflecting her commitment to maintaining the highest standards of general practice.
