Dr Chang was highly professional throughout the whole journey, explained everything clearly, and made me feel comfortable and confident going into surgery. What really stood out was her genuine care — she even took the time to call me personally after the operation to check on my recovery. That level of follow-up and compassion is rare and very much appreciated. I’m truly grateful for her expertise and kindness, and I would highly recommend Dr Ying Shi Chang to anyone needing wisdom teeth removal or oral surgery.

Hand of an angel ! Was an absolute pleasure to have Dr Chang as my surgeon, such a kind and gentle Dr. I was petrified to have my wisdom teeth taken, however Dr Changs work was magic , minimal swelling , practically none and no pain .. I listened to all Drs post op advise and it all well so smoothly . I have been raving on about Dr Chang to all my friends .. !
Experience in rooms excellent. Explanation post op was too early-I was still very sedated- all I could remember was saying Hello
I had to get an oral excision on my upper lip. Dr Chang was thorough, kind and knowledgeable. Didn’t have any complications during or after the minor surgery.
Approach along with explanation of procedure was very well explained and detailed - ability to break down technical terms and scenarios in layman's terms to help with understandings.
