Dr Yin Lin

Dr Yin Lin is a dedicated and compassionate General Practitioner who provides comprehensive, patient-centred care. With a focus on delivering high-quality medical services, she is committed to supporting individuals and families through all stages of life. Her reassuring and professional approach ensures that patients feel comfortable and well-supported during their consultations.

Dr Lin completed her medical degree in Queensland in 2015. Following her graduation, she gained valuable clinical experience working within the Queensland hospital system before relocating to Newcastle to undertake her specialist training in General Practice. In 2020, she was awarded Fellowship with the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners. To further enhance her clinical expertise, she has also completed additional certifications in child health, reproductive and sexual health, general dermatology, and palliative care.

As a General Practitioner, Dr Lin enjoys the diverse nature of family medicine. Her broad clinical interests allow her to address a wide range of health concerns, from preventative medicine and chronic disease management to acute care. She is particularly passionate about paediatric care, women's health, skin conditions, and supportive end-of-life care. Dr Lin believes in building strong, collaborative relationships with her patients, empowering them to make informed decisions about their health and well-being.
