Dr Win Lwin

Dr Win Lwin is a dedicated and highly experienced General Practitioner who provides comprehensive, compassionate, and personalised healthcare to his patients. Dr Lwin has a diverse medical background, having practised general medicine and surgery across several countries, including Myanmar, Papua New Guinea, and Australia. His broad international experience allows him to deliver culturally sensitive and versatile care to a wide range of patients.

Dr Lwin obtained his Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) from the Institute of Medicine in Myanmar. Committed to continuous professional development, he has earned several postgraduate qualifications, including a Diploma in Laryngology and Otology (DLO). He is a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP) and holds a Certificate in Skin Cancer Medicine. Prior to his current role on the Gold Coast, Dr Lwin served as a Senior Medical Officer at a regional hospital in Queensland and worked as a General Practitioner in North Queensland.

In his clinical practice, Dr Lwin specialises in all areas of general medicine and surgery. He has a strong interest in child health, obstetrics, and gynaecology, providing essential care for families and developing children. Additionally, Dr Lwin is highly skilled in performing minor surgical procedures, particularly the assessment and treatment of skin lesions and skin cancers.
