Dr Vipul Patel

Dr Vipul Patel is a dedicated and highly regarded General Practitioner who provides comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages. He is committed to delivering thoughtful, evidence-based care, focusing on holistic family medicine and long-term health outcomes. Dr Patel prioritises early intervention strategies and preventative medicine to support his patients in achieving and maintaining optimal health.

Dr Patel completed his medical training at Southampton University in the United Kingdom, qualifying in 1992. Following his graduation, he gained extensive hospital experience and obtained Membership of the Royal College of Physicians in the United Kingdom. He later transitioned to general practice, earning his Membership of the Royal College of General Practitioners. Upon relocating to Australia, he also achieved Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners.

Throughout his career, Dr Patel has worked extensively in both the United Kingdom, where he was a partner in a large teaching practice in Oxfordshire, and Australia, where he continues his full-time practice on the Gold Coast. He enjoys all aspects of family medicine, with particular clinical interests in chronic disease management, child health, and mental health. His patient-centred approach ensures that individuals and families receive personalised, compassionate care tailored to their unique healthcare needs.
