Dr Vaishnavi Deepikanath

Dr Vaishnavi Deepikanath is a dedicated and compassionate General Practitioner who is committed to providing comprehensive, patient-centred care. She believes in a holistic approach to medicine, aiming to build long-term, trusting relationships with her patients and their families across generations. With a warm and reassuring clinical manner, Dr Deepikanath focuses on delivering personalised healthcare that supports the long-term well-being of the community.

Before transitioning to General Practice, Dr Deepikanath gained extensive clinical experience working across various hospitals. During this time, she developed a broad foundation in emergency medicine, paediatrics, and general medicine, alongside specialised fields such as respiratory medicine, cardiology, renal medicine, gastroenterology, and breast and endocrine surgery. This diverse background equips her to manage a wide array of complex medical presentations with confidence and expertise.

Dr Deepikanath completed her medical degree at the University of Queensland, qualifying in 2010. Committed to maintaining the highest standards of primary care, she went on to obtain her Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP) in 2015. She actively participates in continuing professional development to ensure her patients receive evidence-based, up-to-date medical care.

In her daily practice, Dr Deepikanath welcomes patients of all ages and backgrounds. She has a particular interest in women's health, adolescent health, and children's health, taking a practical and supportive approach to family medicine.
