Dr Udit Nindra

Dr Udit Nindra is a highly dedicated Medical Oncologist who provides compassionate, evidence-based care to patients navigating a cancer diagnosis. He specialises in the treatment of a wide range of malignancies, with a particular clinical focus on thoracic, head and neck, and brain tumours. Dr Nindra is also deeply committed to expanding patient access to cutting-edge therapies, actively participating in early-phase clinical trials to offer innovative treatment options to those under his care. His patient-centred approach ensures that individuals receive comprehensive support tailored to their unique medical needs.

Dr Nindra completed his medical training at the University of New South Wales, graduating with Honours in 2016. Following his initial medical training, he undertook extensive specialist training in Medical Oncology across several prominent Australian teaching hospitals, culminating in a dedicated fellowship focused on early-phase clinical trials. Committed to advancing the field of oncology, he is currently undertaking a PhD focusing on liquid biopsy biomarkers of response to prostate cancer therapies. Dr Nindra is an active member of the Medical Oncology Group of Australia (MOGA) executive committee and has served as the Consultant Chair of the Medical Oncology Advanced Trainee Committee for New South Wales, where he successfully launched a national mentorship programme to support Oncology Trainees and Consultants.

With a strong belief in equitable healthcare, Dr Nindra is passionate about improving clinical trial access for patients living in regional and rural areas. He works collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams to ensure that every patient benefits from a coordinated, holistic treatment plan. By combining his active research pursuits with clinical practice, Dr Nindra remains at the forefront of oncology advancements, translating scientific progress into meaningful, reassuring care at the bedside.
