He is highly skilled in the management of all gastroenterology issues, including coeliac disease, iron deficiency, reflux disease, inflammatory bowel disease, and irritable bowel syndrome.
Dr Worland is passionate about the monitoring and preventative management of cirrhotic complications and has a special interest in liver-related diseases such as fatty liver disease and viral hepatitis. In addition to his clinical responsibilities, Dr Worland maintains an active research interest and has published widely in his field. He is happy to be contacted directly for advice and sees all patients within two weeks for initial consultation or FibroScan. Dr Worland is committed to providing exceptional care to his patients and strives to ensure they receive the best possible treatment according to their needs. He is also a Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Physicians.
