Dr Thet Soe

Dr Thet Soe is a dedicated General and Developmental Paediatrician who is deeply committed to supporting the health and well-being of infants, children, and adolescents. With a compassionate and family-orientated approach, she focuses on providing comprehensive care that respects family values and addresses the unique developmental needs of each child. Dr Soe specialises in developmental and behavioural child health, working closely with families to navigate complex challenges and foster positive outcomes.

Her clinical expertise encompasses the assessment, diagnosis, and management of a wide range of complex developmental and behavioural concerns. Dr Soe has extensive experience in managing conditions such as Developmental Delay, Autism Spectrum Disorders, Intellectual Disability, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), and learning difficulties. To ensure precise and thorough evaluations, she is a qualified user of specialised assessment tools, including the Griffiths III Child Developmental Assessment Scales and the Autism Diagnostic Observation Schedule, Second Edition (ADOS 2).

Dr Soe completed her comprehensive paediatric training through a major paediatric hospital network in Sydney. She holds a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS), a Master of Public Health (MPH), and a Diploma of Child Health (DCH). Demonstrating her commitment to the highest standards of medical practice, she is a Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Physicians (FRACP). Additionally, Dr Soe maintains active professional memberships, including being a member of the Australasian Society for Developmental Paediatrics.
