Dr Tamjida Siddique

Dr Tamjida Siddique is a highly dedicated and compassionate General Practitioner who is committed to providing comprehensive, patient-centred care. Dr Siddique completed her primary medical education at Mymensingh Medical College in Bangladesh, where she earned her Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS). Upon moving to Australia, she successfully completed the Australian Medical Council (AMC) examinations and subsequently attained Fellowship with the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP). Committed to continuous professional development, she has also obtained a Graduate Diploma in Family Medicine specialising in menopause from Monash University, a Diploma in Obstetrics and Gynaecology from the Royal Australian College of Obstetrics and Gynaecology, and a Family Planning Certificate from Monash University and Family Planning Victoria.

With a diverse clinical background, Dr Siddique has worked extensively across various medical clinics and hospitals in Victoria and Tasmania. Her experience includes serving as a Resident Medical Officer, where she managed cases across general medicine, surgery, emergency medicine, rehabilitation, paediatrics, and obstetrics and gynaecology. She also completed her formal general practice training through the Australian General Practice Training (AGPT) programme. Dr Siddique has developed key clinical interests in women's health, paediatrics, aged care, mental health, and skin cancer management, and she is highly skilled in providing shared antenatal care, menopause management, family planning, and contraceptive device procedures.
