Dr Naidu completed her Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery with Honours, alongside a Bachelor of Medical Science, at the University of Tasmania, qualifying in 1987. Following her university studies, she undertook extensive clinical training across several regional and tertiary hospitals. She is a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP), reflecting her commitment to maintaining the highest standards of clinical care.
