Dr Susan Iland

Dr Susan Iland is a highly dedicated General Practitioner who provides comprehensive care across the entire spectrum of general medicine, supporting patients at every stage of life. With a compassionate and reassuring approach, Dr Iland integrates her extensive clinical knowledge with her personal life experience to deliver holistic, patient-centred care. Her practice is characterised by a deep commitment to family medicine, ensuring that individuals and families receive the highest standard of medical support.

Throughout her career, Dr Iland has made significant contributions to community health and clinical protocols. She was instrumental in establishing a major antenatal shared care programme that has since been widely adopted across New South Wales. Her clinical interests are diverse, with particular expertise in the care of pregnant women, newborns, infants, and children. Additionally, she has extensive experience in women's health, having previously served as Deputy Director of a prominent health assessment centre where she developed protocols for assessing women's health. Dr Iland is also dedicated to supporting vulnerable populations, providing home and nursing home visits for disabled and elderly patients, as well as delivering compassionate home palliative care.

Dr Iland's academic and professional credentials reflect her commitment to clinical excellence and continuous learning.
