Dr Susan Culhane

Dr Susan Culhane is a dedicated and compassionate General Practitioner who is committed to providing comprehensive, high-quality healthcare to individuals and families. With a patient-centred approach, she believes her role as a General Practitioner is to guide patients through their health journeys in a collaborative and supportive manner. Dr Culhane strongly emphasises the importance of preventative medicine and a healthy lifestyle, enthusiastically supporting her patients as they strive to achieve their personal wellness goals. She is also a strong advocate for her patients, ensuring they remain well-informed and supported whenever health challenges arise.

Dr Culhane completed her medical training at the University of New South Wales, graduating with a Bachelor of Science (Medicine) and a Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery in 1996. Committed to expanding her clinical expertise, she went on to obtain a Diploma of Paediatrics in 1999. She achieved her Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners in 2003, reflecting her high standards of clinical knowledge and dedication to the field of General Practice.

Throughout her career, Dr Culhane has developed a diverse range of clinical interests, allowing her to deliver holistic care across all stages of life. Her areas of focus include family medicine, women's health, mental health, and geriatric medicine, with a particular interest in paediatrics. In addition to general medical consultations, she is skilled in performing various minor clinical procedures, including skin cancer removals as well as the insertion and removal of contraceptive implants.
