Dr Susan Beale

Dr Susan Beale is a highly dedicated General Practitioner and Skin Cancer Doctor who is committed to providing comprehensive primary care. With a strong focus on patient-centred medicine, she delivers compassionate and reassuring care to individuals and families. Her broad clinical expertise spans general practice, with particular interests in paediatrics as well as maternal and women's health, ensuring that patients of all ages receive personalised and thorough medical attention.

In addition to her general practice work, Dr Beale has a strong clinical interest in skin cancer prevention, detection, and management. She specialises in performing comprehensive skin cancer checks and is highly skilled in both the medical and surgical management of skin cancers. Utilising advanced diagnostic tools and evidence-based practices, including dermoscopy, she focuses on early melanoma diagnosis and the effective management of non-melanoma skin cancers to achieve the best possible outcomes for her patients.

Dr Beale graduated with her medical degree from the University of Wollongong in 2012. Committed to continuous professional development, she undertook further postgraduate training to attain a Masters of Medicine specialising in skin cancer from the University of Queensland. She is a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners. Alongside her clinical practice, Dr Beale has contributed to medical education as a Clinical Associate Lecturer at the University of Wollongong, is a published author in peer-reviewed medical journals, and has presented her work at various professional conferences.
