Dr Kunnath Sukesh Chandran

Dr Kunnath Sukesh Chandran is a dedicated Consultant Physician and Endocrinologist who provides comprehensive, patient-centred care for individuals experiencing hormone-related conditions. He is committed to delivering high-quality medical care, working closely with patients to help them understand and manage their conditions. His clinical practice encompasses a wide range of endocrine disorders, with a strong focus on empowering patients through education and personalised treatment strategies.

In his clinical practice, Dr Chandran specialises in the management of Type 1 and Type 2 diabetes mellitus, including the utilisation of advanced technologies such as insulin pump therapy and continuous glucose monitoring systems. His areas of clinical interest also include the diagnosis and treatment of thyroid, adrenal, and pituitary disorders, as well as osteoporosis and metabolic bone disorders. He focuses on creating individualised management plans tailored to the specific health needs of each patient to minimise the risk of long-term complications.

Dr Chandran completed his basic and advanced training in General Medicine and Endocrinology in the United Kingdom, where he also served as a Consultant Endocrinologist and Physician. He holds a Doctor of Medicine (MD) and is a Member of the Royal College of Physicians of the United Kingdom (MRCP). He also obtained his Certificate of Completion of Training (CCT) in the UK and is a Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Physicians (FRACP).
