Dr Stuart Grieve is a highly accomplished Radiologist who specialises in non-invasive imaging, with a particular focus on cardiovascular and neuroimaging. Dr Grieve completed his Bachelor of Science with First Class Honours in Biochemistry at the University of Sydney in 1996, followed by a Doctor of Philosophy (DPhil) in Magnetic Resonance Imaging at the University of Oxford in 2000 as a Rhodes Scholar. He subsequently undertook postdoctoral fellowships in high-field nuclear magnetic resonance and cardiac magnetic resonance imaging at Oxford. Upon returning to Australia, he earned his Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery with Honours in 2006, and completed his specialist training in Radiology in 2012. He is a Fellow of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Radiologists and holds professional memberships with the Cardiac Society of Australia and New Zealand, the Radiological Society of North America, the Society for Cardiovascular Magnetic Resonance, and the Society of Cardiovascular Computed Tomography.

In addition to his clinical practice, Dr Grieve is a prominent academic and researcher, holding a prestigious position as a Professor of Radiology. His research focuses on the quantitative analysis of imaging data, particularly using advanced techniques such as 4D Flow Magnetic Resonance Imaging to measure neurological and cardiovascular function. By integrating computational methods with real-world clinical data, Dr Grieve works to pioneer safer, more precise diagnostic pathways that significantly enhance the accuracy of patient assessments.
