Dr Murray Haig completed his Bachelor of Biomedical Science before pursuing his medical training at the University of Queensland, where he graduated with a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery in 2015. Following his graduation, he gained valuable clinical experience working across various departments in regional hospitals in Queensland. He subsequently transitioned into community-based medicine, completing the Sydney Child Health Programme and achieving his Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners in 2023.

As a versatile General Practitioner, Dr Murray Haig enjoys all aspects of family medicine. He has developed particular clinical interests in chronic disease management, preventative health, and paediatrics. Additionally, his practice encompasses men's health, mental health support, general medicine, skin care, and skin cancer checks. Through his diverse expertise, he aims to empower patients to make proactive choices for their health and well-being.

Outside of his clinical practice, Dr Murray Haig enjoys keeping active and spending time outdoors. He is an avid cyclist, enjoys engaging in DIY projects, and loves exploring nature alongside his wife.
