Throughout his career, Dr Bryce has gained extensive experience across diverse medical settings. He began his journey as a remote area General Practitioner, spending a significant period working in Aboriginal Health in East Arnhem Land, Northern Territory, where he was involved in aeromedical evacuations, mentoring junior doctors, and developing educational resources. He has since practised in various general practice roles across North Brisbane, the Sunshine Coast, and Sydney's Northern Beaches, including working with online mental health platforms. His clinical focus encompasses family healthcare, with particular interests in Skin Cancer Medicine, Mental Health, and Men's Health. He is also skilled in performing minor clinical procedures, including iron infusions, Implanon insertions, and skin lesion removals.

Dr Bryce completed his medical training at the University of Queensland, graduating with a Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) in 1990. To further his clinical expertise, he obtained a Diploma of Obstetrics (Dip Obs). He is also a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP), reflecting his commitment to maintaining the highest standards of professional practice and continuing education in primary care.
